Casa Adelia - Algemene Voorwaarden

Boekingsbeleid:

1. Reserveringsbevestiging: Alle reserveringen zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid en worden per e-mail of telefoon bevestigd zodra de betaling is ontvangen.
2. Betaling: Betaling is volledig vereist op het moment van reserveren, tenzij anders vermeld. Wij accepteren credit-/debitcards of contante betalingen. Een geldige credit-/debitcard moet bij de reservering worden verstrekt om de reservering te garanderen.
3. Annuleringsbeleid: Annuleringen die minder dan 48 uur voor de geplande inchecktijd worden gedaan, worden in rekening gebracht voor de eerste overnachting. Niet opdagen wordt volledig in rekening gebracht.

Inchecken/Uitchecken:

1. Inchecktijd: Inchecken is mogelijk vanaf 15:00 uur. Vroeg inchecken is mogelijk, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en voorafgaande afspraken.
2. Uitchecktijd: Gasten worden verzocht uit te checken voor 12:00 uur op de dag van vertrek. Laat uitchecken is mogelijk op verzoek en kan onderhevig zijn aan een toeslag.

Huisregels:

1. Rookbeleid: Casa Adelia is een rookvrij pand. Roken is ten strengste verboden binnen het pand. Een schoonmaakkostenvergoeding wordt in rekening gebracht bij overtreding van dit beleid.
2. Huisdierenbeleid: Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan op het terrein, met uitzondering van erkende hulphonden. Gelieve ons vooraf te informeren als u wordt vergezeld door een hulphond.
3. Schade en Verlies: Gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade of verlies die tijdens hun verblijf aan het pand wordt toegebracht, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot meubels, voorzieningen, en inventaris.

Privacybeleid:

Wij respecteren de privacy van onze gasten en zijn toegewijd aan het beschermen van hun persoonlijke gegevens. Ons Privacybeleid beschrijft hoe we gasteninformatie verzamelen, gebruiken en beveiligen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetten en voorschriften.

Aansprakelijkheid:

1. Afwijzing van Aansprakelijkheid: Casa Adelia is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies, schade of letsel opgelopen door gasten tijdens hun verblijf, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot persoonlijke bezittingen, voertuigen of ongevallen op het terrein.

Overig:

1. Recht om Dienst te Weigeren: Casa Adelia behoudt zich het recht voor om service te weigeren aan iedereen die onze regels overtreedt of het comfort van andere gasten verstoort.
2. Wijziging van Voorwaarden: Deze voorwaarden kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd. Wijzigingen worden onmiddellijk van kracht na plaatsing op onze website.

Door een reservering te maken bij Casa Adelia, erkennen en accepteren gasten deze algemene voorwaarden.

Casa Adelia - Termos e Condições

Política de Reserva:

1. Confirmação da Reserva: Todas as reservas estão sujeitas à disponibilidade e serão confirmadas por e-mail ou telefone após o pagamento.
2. Pagamento: O pagamento é exigido integralmente no momento da reserva, salvo indicação em contrário. Aceitamos cartões de crédito/débito ou pagamentos em dinheiro. Um cartão de crédito/débito válido deve ser fornecido no momento da reserva para garantir a reserva.
3. Política de Cancelamento: Cancelamentos feitos com menos de 48 horas de antecedência do horário de check-in incorrerão em uma cobrança equivalente à primeira noite de estadia. No-shows serão cobrados o valor total da reserva.

Check-In/Check-Out:

1. Horário de Check-In: O check-in está disponível a partir das 15h. O check-in antecipado pode ser possível sujeito à disponibilidade e acordo prévio.
2. Horário de Check-Out: Pedimos gentilmente que os hóspedes façam o check-out até às 12h no dia da partida. O check-out tardio pode estar disponível mediante solicitação e pode estar sujeito a uma taxa adicional.

Políticas da Propriedade:

1. Política de Fumantes: A Casa Adelia é uma propriedade para não fumadores. Fumar é estritamente proibido dentro das instalações. Uma taxa de limpeza será cobrada por qualquer violação desta política.
2. Política de Animais de Estimação: Animais de estimação não são permitidos nas instalações, exceto para animais de serviço certificados. Informe-nos com antecedência se estiver acompanhado de um animal de serviço.
3. Danos e Perdas: Os hóspedes serão responsáveis por quaisquer danos ou perdas incorridos à propriedade durante sua estadia, incluindo, entre outros, móveis, acessórios e comodidades.

Política de Privacidade:

Respeitamos a privacidade dos nossos hóspedes e estamos comprometidos em proteger suas informações pessoais. Nossa Política de Privacidade descreve como coletamos, usamos e protegemos os dados dos hóspedes de acordo com as leis e regulamentos aplicáveis.

Responsabilidade:

1. Isenção de Responsabilidade: A Casa Adelia não se responsabiliza por qualquer perda, dano ou lesão sofridos pelos hóspedes durante sua estadia, incluindo, entre outros, pertences pessoais, veículos ou acidentes na propriedade.

Outros:

1. Direito de Recusar Serviço: A Casa Adelia reserva-se o direito de recusar serviço a qualquer pessoa por qualquer motivo que viole nossas políticas ou perturbe o conforto e bem-estar de outros hóspedes.
2. Alteração dos Termos: Estes termos e condições estão sujeitos a alterações sem aviso prévio. Quaisquer alterações entrarão em vigor imediatamente após a publicação em nosso site.

Ao fazer uma reserva na Casa Adelia, os hóspedes reconhecem e concordam em cumprir estes termos e condições.

Casa Adelia - Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy:

1. Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone once payment is received.
2. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. We accept credit/debit cards or cash payments. A valid credit/debit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out:

1. Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible subject to availability and prior arrangement.
2. Check-Out Time: Guests are kindly requested to check out by 12:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

Property Policies:

1. Smoking Policy: Casa Adelia is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals. Please inform us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
3. Damages and Losses: Guests will be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred to the property during their stay, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and amenities.

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of our guests and are committed to protecting their personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard guest data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liability:

1. Liability Waiver: Casa Adelia will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or any accidents on the property.

Miscellaneous:

1. Right to Refuse Service: Casa Adelia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that violates our policies or disrupts the comfort and well-being of other guests.
2. Amendment of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
